Paradox Interactive recently announced it has licensed the Mutant Chronicles: Doomtrooper brand from Paradox Entertainment Inc. It was a classic card-based strategy game from the popular Mutant Chronicles universe franchise and one of the most popular collectible card games of the last century with over 200 million cards sold worldwide.
Mutant Chronicles takes place in the distant future after the relentless exploitation of Earth by megacorporations has forced mankind to a mass exodus to nearby planets. The survivors, plagued by disease and viruses in the new hostile environments, face yet another threat - the Dark Legion. As you select and lead a squad of highly trained specialists across the solar system, your only goal is the eradication of your enemies and anyone who isn't your ally.
