Rocksmith is a music video game based around the use of a real guitar. The game is published by Ubisoft for Xbox 360, release date to be announced later. In the game, players can plug any real guitar with a standard quarter-inch input jack into their game system and play through an in-depth library of music including everything from the latest hits to classic rock songs. Featuring gameplay that automatically adjusts to the player's skill level and innovative game design that makes reading music visually fun and intuitive, Rocksmith engages experienced musicians and those who are picking up a guitar for the first time. Chime Super Deluxe Music Videogame for Sony PS3

Chime Super Deluxe is an action music video game for Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3), release date to be announced later. The game is currently in development by Zoe Mode.

The game mixes up the addictive action of puzzle games like Tetris with elements of music synthesizing. You arrange note blocks on a grid which form patterns of sound, then secure them by surrounding them with other blocks, intensifying the audio and creating new melodies as you play. As you build larger block segments (quads) and cover the grid, the combo meter starts and the underlying song develops in full. But take care – if you build yourself into a corner, the blocks shatter and the music dies.
