New screen-shots (images) from the upcoming slasher film SCREAM 4. It is the 4th installment in the series. The film was written by Kevin Williamson and directed by Wes Craven, and stars David Arquette, Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, Emma Roberts and Hayden Panettiere. Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox are the only returning cast members from the previous films.
