Wakfu videogame info and System Specs for PC

Wakfu is an RPG video game, release date to be announced later. The game is developed by Ankama Studio and published by Square Enix / Ankama Studio.

In the WAKFU, players have to use the skills and smarts to survive, battle and build in a virgin universe. Characters fight fierce fauna and flora using magic, martial arts or new technologies. They also have to build cities in a virgin universe while preserving nature from destruction. Thanks to a universal and intuitive language, players will interact to create alliances or to take part in fights that will have a direct influence upon the universe.

The story of Wakfu takes place a long time after that of DOFUS. An ogre named Ogrest gathered all the six Dofus and gained boundless powers. The ogre offered his beloved the dragon eggs. But she turned down the present though worthy of the gods themselves, and Ogrest started shedding tears of rage and pique. The tears of the ogre made the ocean level increase so much that parts of the World are now submerged to the inhabitants' great displeasure. Now gods and heroes of the World are starting a new adventure before reaching Ogrest and confront him in an ultimate fight!

Wakfu game video

Wakfu game features:

•Freedom of Choice: Players can choose to be an insanely-strong warrior, a magical healer, an assassin or even a summoner of plants or animals, among several other playable character classes, each with a total of 25 spells.

•Strategic Gameplay: The turn-based, tactical combat system challenges players to size up their opponents and think their way through battles

•Evolving Environments: In WAKFU, a player's actions affect the environment. If they kill a monster, it might be gone for good, and if they mine an ore, it might never appear in the game again. Players will have to carefully choose when they should protect or exploit their environment's natural resources

•Dynamic Challenges: Unique, area-specific quests keep players entertained as they adventure through the various parts of the world

•Wicked Humor: Players will notice an unusual sense of humor, as WAKFU is the only
place where they'll find a suit of armor that makes the wearer look like a giant rabbit

•Customizable Characters: Players can bring their characters to life with a robust set of customization features. Purple hair? Check. Grey skin? Check. A far-out hairstyle? Check.

Rainbow Moon videogame - Sony PS3

Rainbow Moon is an RPG video game for Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3), set for release in Q4 2011. The game is developed by SideQuest Studios and published by EastAsiaSoft.

In the game, cursed by his long-time enemy, Baldren founds himself warped to Rainbow Moon. And to make things worse, Baldren isn't only stranded in an unknown place – he has also opened a dimensional gate, out of which troops of monsters are crawling, turning this once peaceful planet into a real hell.

The residents of Rainbow Moon who have found themselves in this sudden and unpleasant situation react suspiciously and even nastily, which certainly doesn't make things any easier for our brave hero. There's only one thing for Baldren to do: he has to seal the gate and warp himself back to his home planet. This is easier said than done, since the gate can only be sealed by a dimensional gate staff and no such object is available anywhere on Rainbow Moon. However Baldren knows that he can create one if he finds the right materials. He needs seven magical artifacts, said to be hidden deep inside Rainbow Moon's dungeons.

And this is where our quest begins...

Rainbow Moon game features:

•Complex story mode with about 25 hours of gameplay, extended to more than 100 hours when including all side quests, missions and full character development.

•Isometric open world to explore with more than 15 different terrains, such as mountains, snow, desert, grassland, savanna, mud and others.

•Sophisticated grid turn-based combat system, featuring a large range of combat and skill commands as well as special attacks and effects.

•Unique action and puzzle elements in a variety of over 20 challenging dungeons and 50 quests.

•Six playable main characters with upgradable weapons, armors and accessories, allowing hundreds of gear combinations.

•Detailed online stats tracking each gamer's progress.

•Technically perfected game engine, constantly running smoothly at 60 fps with close to no loading times.

•Thirty dedicated background music tracks.

The Danish Girl (2012) movie trailer, poster and synopsis

First look at the upcoming drama film THE DANISH GIRL, an adaptation of the novel of the same name by David Ebershoff. The screenplay is written by Lucinda Coxon and directed by Lasse Hallstrom, and stars Nicole Kidman as Einar Wegener/Lili Elbe and Rachel Weisz as Gerda Wegener.

Movie synopsis: The film is inspired by the true story of Danish painter Einar Wegener and his California-born wife, this tender portrait of a marriage asks: What do you do when someone you love wants to change? It starts with a question, a simple favor asked of a husband by his wife on an afternoon chilled by the Baltic wind while both are painting in their studio. Her portrait model has canceled, and would he mind slipping into a pair of women's shoes and stockings for a few moments so she can finish the painting on time. "Of course," he answers. "Anything at all." With that, one of the most passionate and unusual love stories of the twentieth century begins.
