Dead Island is a FPS video game developed by Techland (Poland) and published by Deep Silver for PC and other major consoles. The game was released on September 06, 2011. It is an unrestricted game centered on endurance and attempting to discover the central character’s wife on a zombie infected island. The game utilizes a first-person perspective; though, the developers are stating that the game should not be tagged a FPS owing to a larger weight on melee battle and bullets saving, rather than a shoot 'em up.
In the game, a newly wedded pair, flying to a holiday of their dreams, is alienated when their aircraft collapsed on a distant pacific island. The gamer, a person called Mike Jennings, have to discover his missing partner in a zombie infected island, as well as discover what basis the zombie epidemic and cope with the different other humans that live in the island.
