NBA Jam is a sports video game for Nintendo Wii, set for release on October 5, 2010. The game is developed by EA Canada and published by EA Sports.

NBA Jam has a unique visual style, using 3D models with high-resolution photographs for the heads of each of the players. Several aspects such as outrageous slams and the ball setting on fire return. NBA Jam will be split up into two modes, a classic mode which will play like a traditional NBA Jam experience, and a Remix Tour which will feature all new camera angles, power-ups, and boss battles. Players will be able to choose between Wii remote, Wii remote and Nunchuck, Classic Controller, and Classic Controller Pro control styles. NBA Jam, nintendo, wii, game, box, art The Gamecube controller will not be supported. Online play is still in development. Tim Kitzrow, the announcer from the original NBA Jam will be returning and will be saying all the lines from previous NBA Jam titles as well as some new ones, such as the popular internet meme "Boom Goes the Dynamite!"

At the end of the game players will have to battle NBA legends Larry Bird and Earvin "Magic" Johnson. Other Legends that will be in the newest installment include Dennis Rodman, James Worthy, Hakeem Olajuwon, Clyde Drexler, Kevin McHale, and Detlef Schrempf.
