Lead the Meerkats is a virtual pet video game for Nintendo Wii, release date to be announced later. The game is developed and published by Lapland Studio.
In the game, players take on the role of a young meerkat with much to accomplish. Separated from their pack, players must form their own meerkat pack in this stimulating challenge.
Players are able to name their pack and its meerkats, dig burrow networks, enlarge their territory, forage for food and grow the pack size. However, players need to keep their guard up and be ready to make quick decisions – should they run to the safety of the burrows or fight their enemies and go head-to-head with a rival meerkat pack.
